About the Role

Join our dynamic team as the Finance Manager (AR & AP) a steel manufacture company based in West Cikarang, West Java. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, ensuring the timely and accurate management of our financial records. What You'll Be Doing

• Manage the accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, including invoicing, collections, and vendor payments
• Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records
• Prepare financial reports and analysis to support decision-making
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure efficient financial processes
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and regulatory reporting
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement systems to enhance financial controls
• Provide guidance and mentorship to the finance team members

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
