Job description

Responsible for daily management of finance activities, including preparation and coordination of financial forecast, financial planning (Sales revenue, Sales Promotions & Rebates, Marketing Cost, other Division expenses etc), and treasury management.

Lead and manage the internal controls related to finance statements and balance sheet, oversee cash flow and AR on Sales area, supervising purchase & payment, fixed assets, and launch internal audit periodically. Support for longer-term strategic planning and review the strategic objectives also general finance support for project.

Monitor, control, ensure financial performance for each division according to actual cost budgets/targets, driving strategic, and operational agenda.

Drive and be strongly involved in resource optimization, continuous improvement initiatives etc.

Regular preparation and review of financial reporting to the management and Board of Directors and preparation of periodic compliance reporting to regulatory authorities.

Supervise and provide guidance over tax filing, including PPh 21, PPh 22, PPh 23, PPh 25, PPh 26, & PPh 29 etc. As applicable, and formulate & optimize tax planning.

Coordinate with annual audit and tax audit, communicate with tax consultants, etc.

Other job responsibilities as ad-hoc and assigned by executives.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Have 5 - 10 years of experience in financial management (Min 3 years relevant work on leadership).
  • At least 2 years in the retail industry or other related industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of retail markets.
  • Proven leadership experience for managing financial teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
