Job summary

Mövenpick Resort & Spa Bintan Lagoon is hiring a senior finance leader to oversee daily operations of the Finance department, including accounting, AR, AP and payroll, and to ensure accurate monthly results and strong internal controls.

You will prepare financial analyses to support operational decisions, manage audits, and ensure compliance with tax regulations, with focus on Indonesian taxation. This role is based at the resort and requires leadership in a hospitality finance environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting / Finance is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior finance or accounting position or 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
• Knowledge of Indonesian taxation is mandatory.
