Job summary

Arethia mencari Finance Manager untuk memimpin fungsi keuangan di Indonesia, memastikan kepatuhan terhadap peraturan lokal dan standar global. Anda akan melapor langsung ke Managing Director Indonesia dengan garis pelaporan fungsional ke Global Head of Finance di Swiss, bekerja erat dengan operasi lokal serta berkontribusi pada strategi keuangan global.

Anda memimpin operasional keuangan, pelaporan konsolidasi grup, serta transformasi proses melalui ERP dan dokumentasi SOP.

Qualifications

• Gelar Bachelor atau Master di Akuntansi/Keuangan.
• Pengalaman minimum 5 tahun di keuangan, termasuk 3 tahun di Big 4.
• Pengalaman di industri manufaktur/FMCG/kimia menjadi nilai tambah.
• Brevet A, B, C diutamakan.
• Pengalaman ERP (Dynamics BC, SAP B1) dengan implementasi atau peningkatan proses.
• Kemampuan Excel lanjutan dengan mindset perbaikan proses.
• Kemampuan analitis, pemecahan masalah, dan manajemen pemangku kepentingan.
• Malingkat bahasa Inggris baik lisan maupun tulisan.

Responsibilities

• Memimpin Operasional Keuangan & Penutupan Bulan.
• Mengelola Pelaporan Grup secara konsolidasi menggunakan LucaNet.
• Menjamin Kepatuhan Pelaporan, Pajak, dan peraturan dengan auditor eksternal.
• Mengawasi proses rekonsiliasi antar perusahaan secara global.
• Menyediakan transformasi proses keuangan melalui ERP dan praktik standar.
• Berpartisipasi dalam implementasi Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, mewakili kebutuhan lokal.
• Mengembangkan dokumentasi keuangan, SOP, dan pelacakan proyek menggunakan Jira/Confluence.
• Membangun tim keuangan dan kemitraan bisnis dengan Managing Director serta tim keuangan di negara lain.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan - Finance Manager

Role description

As the Finance Manager, you will lead and strengthen our finance function in Indonesia while ensuring compliance with both local regulations and global standards. This role offers the opportunity to drive financial excellence, support strategic business growth, and shape the future of our finance organization.

You will report directly to the Managing Director Indonesia and have a functional reporting line to the Global Head of Finance in Switzerland. This dual reporting structure provides the opportunity to work closely with local business operations while contributing to the company's global finance strategy and best practices.

Your Mission

• Lead Financial Operations & Month-End Closing
  Own the month-end closing process by ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining high-quality standards, and meeting reporting deadlines.

• Manage Group Financial Reporting
  Prepare and submit monthly consolidation data through LucaNet while ensuring compliance with the Group's reporting standards.

• Ensure Statutory & Tax Compliance
  Coordinate statutory reporting, tax filings, and regulatory requirements with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure full compliance.

• Strengthen Intercompany Financial Processes
  Oversee and improve intercompany reconciliation processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions across global entities.

• Drive Finance Process Transformation
  Improve finance operations by transitioning manual, Excel-based processes into efficient ERP-driven workflows and standardized practices.

• Support ERP Implementation & Digitalization
  Actively participate in the global Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation by representing local business requirements and supporting successful adoption.

• Standardize Finance Processes
  Develop and maintain finance documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and project tracking using Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence.

• Develop the Finance Team & Business Partnership
  Coach and develop the accounting team while building strong partnerships with the Managing Director and collaborating closely with finance teams in Switzerland and Germany to support business objectives.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a Big 4 (Audit, Advisory, Transaction Services, or Consulting).

• Experience in the manufacturing, FMCG, or chemical industry is highly preferred.

• Brevet A, B, and C certifications are preferred.

• Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP Business One, or similar), including implementation or process improvement.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with a strong process improvement mindset.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of IFRS and PSAK; CPA or equivalent certification is an advantage.

• Understanding of intercompany accounting, consolidation, and reconciliation processes.

• Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence) is an advantage.

• Experience working within a multinational organization.
