We are expanding our team and seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to lead and strengthen our financial management, reporting, and strategic decision-making processes.

Job Purpose

The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of PT Amara Estate Development, including accounting, budgeting, financial analysis, cash flow management, and compliance with statutory regulations. This position requires strategic thinking, leadership skills, and hands-on experience in managing finances within the property or real estate development industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning & Strategy
    • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s business goals.
    • Prepare long-term financial projections, business forecasts, and capital allocation plans.
    • Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for decision-making.
  • Budgeting & Cost Control
    • Lead the annual budgeting process and monitor budget performance throughout the fiscal year.
    • Control operational expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and improve financial efficiency.
    • Ensure alignment between project budgets and overall company objectives.
  • Accounting & Reporting
    • Supervise all accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
    • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
    • Maintain compliance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (SAK) and taxation regulations.
    • Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants.
  • Cash Flow & Treasury Management
    • Monitor daily cash flow and ensure sufficient liquidity for project and operational needs.
    • Manage banking relationships and optimize interest and financing arrangements.
    • Evaluate and manage investments and funding options for company projects.
  • Compliance & Risk Management
    • Ensure all financial practices comply with Indonesian laws and regulations (OJK, DJP, etc.).
    • Develop internal financial policies and control mechanisms to minimize risk.
    • Oversee tax planning, filing, and compliance for the company and its subsidiaries.
    • Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, ensuring efficiency and professionalism.
    • Conduct training and performance evaluations to build strong financial discipline.
    • Collaborate cross-departmentally with operations, legal, and project teams.
Qualifications
Education

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.

Master’s degree (S2) or CPA/CA qualification is highly preferred.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial finance role, preferably within property development, construction, or hospitality industries.

Proven track record in managing complex financial structures, project budgeting, and cash flow analysis.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Xero, or SAP).

Advanced MS Excel and financial modeling skills.

Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, PSAK, and investment structures.

Soft Skills

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.

High integrity and strong sense of responsibility.

Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Detail-oriented and capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines.
