Oversee daily financial operations, including cash flow management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with Indonesian financial regulations and company policies.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation.
Maintain accurate financial records and streamline financial processes.
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and internal controls.
Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making by senior management.
Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering professional development and performance excellence.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure the company's financial practices remain compliant and competitive.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or other related field.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as Finance Assistant Manager or maximum 1 year of experience as Finance Manager.
Proficiency in accounting software, preferably Accurate.
Strong understanding of financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting standards.
Demonstrated experience in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
High level of integrity, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of presenting financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
