Job summary

Kredivo is seeking a Finance Lender Executive to join our team in Jakarta. The role reports to the Funding Team and focuses on managing lender drawdowns, repayments, and related financial activities across credit facilities.

The ideal candidate has a finance/accounting background, strong Excel skills, and attention to detail. Fresh graduates or 1–2 years in finance, banking, treasury, or lending operations are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome, or up to 1–2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Treasury, or Lending Operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Good understanding of basic accounting and financial concepts.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process lender drawdowns, repayments, interest calculations, and related financial transactions.
• Communicate with overseas lenders and the Funding Team regarding loan renewals, maturities, and repayments.
• Update interest settlements in the accounting system accurately and on time.
• Support onboarding and renewal of lenders and implementation of new credit line facilities; coordinate with Ops, Funding, Product and Legal on funding requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of lender-related agreements and transactions.
• Prepare and submit monthly external debt (ULN) reports to Bank Indonesia per regulatory requirements.
• Perform administrative and operational tasks.

About the job:

• Process lender drawdowns, repayments, interest calculations, and related financial transactions.
• Communicate with overseas lenders and the Funding Team regarding loan renewals, maturities, and repayments.
• Update interest settlements in the accounting system accurately and on time
• Support the onboarding and renewal of lenders and the implementation of new credit line facilities. Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Funding, Product and Legal) regarding lender funding requirements and operational matters.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of lender-related agreements and transactions.
• Prepare and submit monthly external debt (ULN) reports to Bank Indonesia in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements
• Perform administrative and operational tasks
