Job summary

Gold Coin Indonesia - Aboitiz Foods is offering a 12-month internship in the accounting/finance team in Bekasi. You will assist with journal vouchers and bank reconciliations, organize financial documents, and support operational transaction tracking under supervision.

Ideal candidates are accounting/finance students or fresh graduates who are proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIFS) and familiar with SAP, Oracle, or Infor M3.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Administration.
• Active students with no classes to attend, or Fresh Graduates, are welcome to apply.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and basic data formatting).
• Familiar with accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or Infor M3 is a plus.
• Available for a 12 month internship program.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing journal vouchers for posting by the GL Supervisor.
• Support the GL team in reconciling bank statements, intercompany accounts, and balance sheet accounts.
• Organize and maintain financial documents to ensure they are complete, accurate, and easy to track.
• Maintain and update transaction trackers at the operational level.
• Verify payment documents, such as invoices and supporting documents for employee claims.
