Job summary

Ultra Voucher is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Intern to support our Finance & Accounting team in daily operations. This internship is ideal for final-year students or fresh graduates who want hands-on experience in corporate accounting and finance.

You will assist with recording daily financial transactions, preparing documents, reconciling statements, and maintaining accounts payable and receivable.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (SUMIF, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables a plus).
• Detail-oriented and able to work accurately.
• Willing to learn and collaborate with others.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Available for a minimum internship period of 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recording daily financial transactions and journal entries.
• Support the preparation and filing of accounting documents.
• Help reconcile bank statements and account balances.
• Assist in maintaining accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
• Organise and archive financial documents.
• Support the preparation of financial reports and schedules.
• Assist with tax administration and documentation.
• Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the Finance & Accounting team.
