Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.

• Deep understanding of Hydropower (PLTA/PLTM) and Renewable Energy industry.
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in finance, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies and programs aligned with company objectives.
• Oversee all financial aspects of the company, including cash flow management, budget monitoring, and financial performance analysis.
• Structure, manage, and execute project funding requirements.
• Maintain active engagement and strong relationships with banks and financial institutions, both domestic and international.
• Prepare, review, and negotiate funding proposals for company projects.
• Provide strategic financial insights to management for decision-making.
