Job summary

PT GOLDEN TREE CAPITAL in Bali, Indonesia seeks a senior finance leader to own project cost control across multiple initiatives. You will manage budgets, contracts, variation orders, and payment controls, ensuring accurate reporting in USD, EUR, and GBP, with proper currency translation and traceability.

Qualifications

• S1 degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics. Professional qualification (CPA, CA, ACCA, CIMA) is a strong advantage.
• Minimum 7 years in finance, including at least 3 years in a managerial position.
• Experience in foreign-owned (PMA) or international company with reporting discipline and formal control environment.
• Demonstrated ERP experience: implementation, migration or full system ownership.
• Advanced Google Workspace capability, Sheets essential.
• Working English; fluent Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience in construction, property development, hospitality or other project-based business is advantageous.
• Audit firm background or audit-closure experience is advantageous.
• Integrity and the willingness to assert payment decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead project cost control, including budgets, variation orders, payment certificates, deductions and contingency.
• Unify cost taxonomy and enforce cost code master across contracts and invoices.
• Provide cost-to-complete analysis and early warnings of overruns.
• Support contractor claims, deductions, terminations and final accounts with legal counsel as needed.
• Review contracts and payment requests against standard: scope, value, terms, budget, documentation, approvals.
• Define ERP requirements and lead implementation to go-live; design COA and cost structure.
• Oversee treasury, internal controls, and compliance incl. tax filings and annual audit.
• Lead finance and admin staff; enforce financial procedures and drive performance.
