UBUD AREA

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Finance Director to lead all financial aspects of our villa and property management business. This role is responsible for financial planning, reporting, compliance, risk management, and supporting business growth through sound financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the company’s financial strategy, budgets, and forecasts.
• Oversee financial reporting, including profit & loss, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with local tax, audit, and financial regulations.
• Lead the finance team and implement strong internal controls.
• Monitor cash flow, profitability, and key financial KPIs.
• Provide strategic financial advice to management and stakeholders.
• Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors and government authorities.
• Support decision-making for property investments, owner returns, and asset performance.
  
  

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• CPA, CA, or equivalent professional certification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience at a Big Four audit firm (PwC, Deloitte, EY, or KPMG).
• At least 3 years in a financial leadership role, preferably in the hospitality, property, or service industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax compliance, and audit processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
• Proficient in financial software and reporting tools (e.g., ERP systems, Excel, etc).
