We are representing our client, a multi-entity group with operations in Bali, who currently seeking a seasoned finance leader to oversee financial functions across multiple entities. This is a strategic and operational leadership role, covering financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, cost control, and compliance. The position requires a hands-on finance professional with strong governance, stakeholder management, and proven leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all finance, accounting, and tax functions across the group.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and cash flow management strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Monitor project costs, ensuring efficient resource allocation and budget adherence.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and audit requirements.
• Provide accurate and timely financial reports and insights to shareholders and senior management.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering accountability and professional growth.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA/CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive financial experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Background in real estate development or construction, or from top finance & accounting firms with exposure to similar industries.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations relevant to construction/real estate.
• Proven leadership, analytical, and communication skills, with ability to provide strategic insights.
