Reports to the group CFO, manages the company's finances, administration, and risk management.

Helps to create financial and business strategies and ensures systems are in place to protect the company's assets.

Client Overview

Our client is one of the largest plantation companies in Indonesia. They are looking to onboard an experienced FC with a background in plantation to lead their finance operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the financial operations of the company.
• Develop and implement strategic financial plans.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to align financial strategies.
• Analyze financial data and recommend improvements.
• Present financial reports to board members and stakeholders.
• Manage and mentor the finance team.
• Engage in continuous learning about plantation sector rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques, and performance standards.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree; CPA qualification or equivalent is a plus.
• Proven leadership experience as FC or in a senior finance role within a plantation company.
• More than 15 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both oral and written.
• Placement at Kalimantan site; family housing and transport are provided.
