About the role

We are looking for a Finance Controller to join our team at PT. LIPPO KARAWACI TBK' in Purwakarta, West Java. This is a full-time position with a focus on financial accounting and reporting. As the Finance Controller, you will have a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the company's financial records and reporting.

What you'll be doing

Overseeing the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger

Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports in compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations

Monitoring and analyzing financial performance, identifying trends, and providing insights to support business decision-making

Ensuring the company's financial policies and procedures are followed, and implementing internal controls to mitigate risks

Liaising with internal stakeholders, such as operational departments, to provide financial guidance and support

Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

Participating in special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with a professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or CIMA)

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar finance controller or senior accounting role, preferably in the property or real estate industry

Strong understanding of financial accounting, reporting, and internal control practices

Proficient in the use of financial software and data analysis tools

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Familiarity with relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements
