We are seeking a Finance Controller to manage and improve our organisation's financial performance and direct our accounting operations.

Description

• Oversees daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and budget management.
• Develops financial strategies and conducts financial research to inform decisions.
• Establishes and enforces financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to protect assets.
• Manages financial forecasting, audits, and ensures compliance with legal requirements.
• Possesses strong communication and presentation skills, able to simplify financial information.
• Proficient in business and financial planning (forecasting/budgeting) and analysis.
• Experience with financial software (e.g., Excel, SAP Analytics) is preferred.
• Resilient, proactive, and strategically-minded with a drive for business improvement.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks collaboratively.

Profile

· Bachelor degree in accounting/finance or full professional qualification (e.g. CPA, CMA, CA)

· At least 5 years of working experience in similar roles

· Strong leadership and highly motivated to overcome challenges

· Strong analytical skill required to identify risks and opportunities in the business

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia and ability to build cross discipline relationships

· You will have excellent command of Microsoft Excel, strong analytical skills

· Ability to multi-task and remain organized in a fast paced environment at a rapidly growing company.

· High level of ethics and integrity
