Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a senior finance professional to lead financial planning for store construction and expansion projects in Jakarta. You will manage budgets, CAPEX, and cash flow forecasting to support rapid growth.

The role covers accounts payable improvements, financial controls, and cross-functional collaboration to back expansion initiatives. Based in Jakarta Pusat, you may assist overseas feasibility studies as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of finance experience, preferably within retail, F&B, industrial or multi-site businesses.
• Exposure to project finance, capex management, cash flow planning, costing, and accounts payable.
• Experience supporting retail rollout, store expansion, construction projects, or large-scale business expansion initiatives would be highly advantageous.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-growing environment.
• Placement in Jakarta Pusat
• Willing work on Saturday half-day (Biweekly)

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and control for store construction and expansion projects.
• Manage project budgets, CAPEX, and construction-related spending.
• Oversee cash flow forecasting and working capital management.
• Strengthen AP processes and financial controls.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support expansion initiatives.
• Help to support overseas expansion feasibility (if needed)
