GoTo Group mencari Finance Business Partner untuk Payment di Indonesia. Peran ini akan menjadi mitra bisnis keuangan strategis bagi tim produk, komersial, dan operasional guna mengoptimalkan ekonomika merchant serta profitability produk.

Anda akan bekerja dengan tim GoTo Financial untuk membangun model keuangan, menganalisis Take Rate, interchage fees, dan biaya akuisisi, serta memimpin pelaporan bulanan kepada manajemen senior.

Qualifications

• Kemampuan analitis yang tinggi untuk menganalisis data keuangan dan operasional.
• Keterampilan komunikasi yang efektif dengan berbagai pemangku kepentingan.
• Ketelitian tinggi dan akurat dalam pekerjaan keuangan.
• Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan dengan tenggat waktu singkat.
• Pengalaman 2–5 tahun di FP&A/Keuangan/Strategi.
• Kualifikasi pendidikan di bidang keuangan/akuntansi/bisnis lebih disukai.

Responsibilities

• Mengelola proses perencanaan bulanan, kuartalan, tahunan, hingga multi-tahun.
• Membangun model untuk mengevaluasi metrik operasional dan keuangan (Take Rate, biaya akuisisi, UE).
• Bertanggung jawab atas proses Financial Monthly Business Review bersama manajemen senior.
• Melacak performa bisnis dan mengidentifikasi risiko & peluang dari perspektif keuangan.
• Menyoroti isu keuangan utama dan menyampaikan solusi yang didasarkan pada data.
• Memberikan analisis keuangan secara rutin dan ad hoc terkait operasional & kinerja unit bisnis.

About the Role

As a Finance Business Partner for Payment at GoTo Financial, you’ll be the strategic finance partner for our business team.

In this role, you’ll go beyond financial reporting to influence key business decisions. You’ll work closely with Product, Commercial, and Business teams to optimize merchant unit economics, evaluate pricing strategies, and improve product profitability. Your financial insights will help senior leaders make informed decisions that drive sustainable growth across our merchant ecosystem.

What You Will Do

• Drive the monthly, quarterly, annual, or multi-year planning process. Support the development of financial forecasts and operational goals, and apply business judgment and financial insights to help with decision making.
• Build and maintain robust models to evaluate operation and financial metrics, including Take Rate (MDR), interchange fees, Unit Economics (UE), and acquisition costs (CAC).
• Responsible for preparation of the Financial Monthly Business Review process with the Senior Management.
• Track business performance and identify areas of risk & opportunities for further improvements from finance perspectives.
• Responsible to highlight key financial issues and deliver the proposed solutions to the stakeholders
• Highlight critical financial issues and independently deliver actionable, data-backed solutions to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Provide insightful financial analysis on a regular and ad-hoc basis as but not limited to operating metrics performance, business unit performance review, and other financial ratios analysis.

What You Will Need

• Strong communication skills to inform financial information effectively
• Strong analytical skill, curious attitude, and striving to learn
• Thorough, fast, and accurate with high attention to detail
• Able to work under pressure in limited time
• At least 2-5 years experience in FP&A / Finance / Strategy-related areas
• Degree level qualification in Finance / Accounting / Business will be preferred
