Job summary

Responsibilities

Prepare and review the Embassy's annual budget and track budget utilization.
Prepare financial documents including bills/invoices, claims, payment vouchers, and tax exemption/refund processes.
Ensure accurate revenue recording, conduct regular account reconciliations, and prepare monthly statements.
Coordinate with suppliers and liaise with government authorities as required.
Compile and submit administrative reports and provide support for official events and visiting delegations.
