Job summary

Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited Jakarta Branch is seeking a finance professional responsible for daily payment vouchers and journal entries, invoicing, taxes, and petty cash management. You will analyze expenses and support annual budgeting while handling AP/AR/Prepaid analyses and generating regular reports.

The role requires a Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting, at least 1 year in accounting/payments, strong Excel skills, and Mandarin language ability; you must be able to work on the 1st

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or business related discipline.
• Having experience in Accounting payment Minimum 1 year is an advantage
• Excel proficiency and ability to communicate and write in mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Prepare payment vouchers and input journal payment entries into the system on a daily basis.
• Understand invoicing and taxes (WHT and VAT).
• Communicate with vendor and related department during payment process.
• Manage petty cash with daily report and usage.
• Provide expense analysis and understand Chart of Accounts.
• Assist annual budgeting processes.
• Analyze and report AP, AR and Prepaid items.
• Update and prepare Bank internal policies.
• Produce monthly, quarterly, interim and yearly reports.
• Attend meetings with Head Office.
