The Finance Assistant Manager will oversee and strengthen financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance. They will manage and optimize the company's cash flow and working capital to support smooth operations and strategic financial planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow forecasts. Provide cash flow trend reports and analysis.
- Monitor actual cash flow, identify cash shortage risks, and allocate funds efficiently.
- Analyze receivables, inventory, and payables.
- Develop working capital management strategies and deliver strategic recommendations.
- Coordinate with AR/AP, procurement, and other related departments.
- Ensure compliance with cash limits and bank covenants.
- Develop cash flow reporting tools.
- Liaise with auditors.
- Supervise and coordinate accounting activities, including general accounting, AP, AR, and retail services.
- Familiar with budgeting, general reporting, KPI, Balance Scorecard, and Business Review matters.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting.
- 3-5 years of experience in related fields, especially in manufacturing, auditing, or banking analysis.
- Ability to forecast cash flow and familiarity with treasury management.
- Familiar with ERP/Dynamics 365 software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and graphics tools.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, high accuracy, leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Positive mindset and motivation.
- Willing to be located in Bogor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
