About the Team

We are seeking a new colleague for our finance team in Jakarta.

What you can look forward to as a Finance and HR Manager:

1. Perform financial management duties, including daily and monthly financial operations, compiling, and submitting reports.
2. Review, analyze, and monitor operating results.
3. Oversee finance operations, including implementing Group policies, planning and executing annual operational plans and forecasts, and handling banking matters.
4. Support organizational profitability and report regularly in accordance with Group policies.
5. Maintain internal process quality to mitigate legal risks.
6. Ensure adherence to compliance policies and serve as Compliance Delegate.
7. Liaise with internal and external auditors and advisors to ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations.
8. Monitor compliance with Group procedures, IFRS, local GAAP, and tax laws.
9. Manage HR operations and payroll, along with administrative activities.

Your Profile as a Finance and HR Manager:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
2. Minimum of 5 years experience in accounting or finance; HR experience is a plus.
3. Profound knowledge of IFRS, local GAAP, and taxation procedures.
4. Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
5. Good team player, resourceful, responsible.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
7. Capable of working under pressure and handling routine operations efficiently.
8. Experience with ERP systems such as Navision or SAP.
9. Proficient in English communication.
10. Knowledge of local labor regulations.
