ABOUT THE CLIENT Brought together the strong passion for the art of baking and experience in New York to establish one of the biggest Patisseries in the industry, providing a wide range of cakes and hampers for everyone's needs.

ABOUT THE ROLE The accounting and finance Assistant Manager will be responsible for daily bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivables, payroll, assistance with end-of-month close, grant reporting, audit preparation, and other related duties as assigned. The associate will work closely with and report to the Director

Responsibilities:

• Familiar with accounting, finance AP and AR, tax, and Inventory
• Input journal to system
• Treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, fixed asset activity, debt activity
• Assist to prepare and supervise all finance, accounting and tax report
• Monitoring and check finance transaction and payment requirement
• Analyze data and documentation for annual tax reporting
• Maintain and review finance and accounting procedure and policy
• Able to do special assignment from management
• Direct report to Director

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• At least several years heading a team of subordinates
• Have implemented a new accounting system
• Knows how to apply staff system & procedure
• Experienced in preparing for Annual Financial reporting and SPT
