As House of Om continues to grow, we are seeking an Accounting and Finance Manager to support our expanding operations with financial clarity, structure, and strategic insight. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement long-term financial strategy aligned with organizational goals
- Advise the CEO and board on financial planning, forecasting, and investment opportunities
- Provide insight into business performance and support decision-making with data
- Oversee all accounting functions: general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and reconciliations
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly/quarterly/year-end closings and reports
- Supervise financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax, legal, and financial regulations
- Lead internal and external audits; manage relationships with tax consultants and authorities
- Monitor financial risks and implement controls to protect assets and revenue
- Manage and mentor finance and accounting staff
- Establish clear KPIs, workflows, and review processes
- Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement
Reporting & Communication
- Provide clear and timely financial reports to leadership and stakeholders
- Create dashboards, presentations, and summaries for non-financial managers
- Assist in funding applications, grant reporting, or investor relations if applicable
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred)
- Minimum 3–5 years of progressive accounting and finance experience
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and reporting standards
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Xero)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Indonesia
