As House of Om continues to grow, we are seeking an Accounting and Finance Manager to support our expanding operations with financial clarity, structure, and strategic insight. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement long-term financial strategy aligned with organizational goals
• Advise the CEO and board on financial planning, forecasting, and investment opportunities
• Provide insight into business performance and support decision-making with data
• Oversee all accounting functions: general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and reconciliations
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly/quarterly/year-end closings and reports
• Supervise financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax, legal, and financial regulations
• Lead internal and external audits; manage relationships with tax consultants and authorities
• Monitor financial risks and implement controls to protect assets and revenue
• Manage and mentor finance and accounting staff
• Establish clear KPIs, workflows, and review processes
• Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement

Reporting & Communication

• Provide clear and timely financial reports to leadership and stakeholders
• Create dashboards, presentations, and summaries for non-financial managers
• Assist in funding applications, grant reporting, or investor relations if applicable

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred)
• Minimum 3–5 years of progressive accounting and finance experience
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and reporting standards
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Xero)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Excellent command of English and Bahasa Indonesia
