Job summary

Amar Bank in Jakarta seeks a seasoned finance professional to join our Investor Relations team. You will track performance metrics, prepare financial analyses, and support governance processes while coordinating with senior leadership.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in finance or banking, strong data skills, and proven ability to present insights clearly to executives and analysts. This role is based at our Jakarta headquarters.

Responsibilities:

• Perform financial and business performance tracking across key banking metrics.
• Update existing data models, dashboards, and standard reports to monitor KPIs.
• Support and participate in finance process improvements.
• Maintain and update investor, analyst, and stakeholder databases.
• Support the coordination and execution of key Investor Relations activities.
• Assist in monitoring compliance with capital market regulations, continuous disclosure requirements, and corporate governance standards.
• Participate in ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in related fields
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance related field
• Experience in a publicly listed company or banking institution is an advantage
• Strong analytical and structured thinking
• Solid understanding of financial statements and business performance analysis
• Good at research, reporting, and presentation skills
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with senior management and external stakeholders
