Job summary

PT Bhakti Idola Tama, a marketing and distribution company in Indonesia, is seeking a Finance Staff who will be responsible for managing daily financial transactions, ensuring tax compliance for PPN and PPh 23, and assisting in preparing accurate financial reports.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, has strong understanding of PPN and PPh 23, and excellent data analysis and communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong basic understanding of PPN and PPh 23.
• Excellent ability to perform financial data analysis and draw conclusions.
• Strong professional and interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data processing and reporting.
• Able to work effectively independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Detail-oriented, thorough, and possess high integrity.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and ensure data accuracy.
• Manage and reconcile daily financial transactions.
• Understand and apply basic taxation principles, specifically related to PPN and PPh 23 in operational activities.
• Conduct financial data analysis to identify trends or potential issues.
• Communicate effectively with other departments regarding financial matters.
• Assist in internal and external audit processes.
• Maintain organized and accurate financial documentation and archives.
