Job summary

PT TOKYU PROPERTY MANAGEMENT INDONESIA is seeking an experienced financial professional to lead financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting for its property management operations in Jakarta. You will collaborate with multiple departments to provide strategic insights and ensure compliant, accurate financial records.

The role requires a CPA/ACCA, 7+ years in financial accounting, and strong English language skills; Japanese is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification highly desirable.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting, ideally within the property management or real estate sector.
• Strong proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• In-depth knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Advanced proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent understanding of financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex financial information clearly.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to provide strategic financial advice.
• Good in English (spoken and written) is required, while proficiency in Japanese is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analysing financial statements, performance metrics, and trends to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to management
• Preparing detailed financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to support business planning and decision-making
• Reviewing and ensuring compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal financial policies
• Advising on financial planning, cost control measures, and revenue optimisation strategies for property management operations
• Supporting the reconciliation and verification of financial accounts and transactions
• Conducting financial analysis on investments, contracts, and operational expenses to identify risks and opportunities
• Collaborating with various departments to gather financial data and provide guidance on financial matters
• Maintaining comprehensive financial documentation and ensuring accuracy of all accounting records
• Assisting with audits and providing support to external auditors as required
