Job summary

PT Daeshin Flange Fitting Industri is seeking an Admin Finance - Accounting to join our North Jakarta team. This full-time role supports day-to-day administrative and financial operations within the Accounting and Finance department.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in an administrative or accounting role, with proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheets, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative or accounting role.
• Proficient in accounting software and spreadsheets.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor payments, prepare client invoices, and document outstanding payments AR & AP
• Record and update financial data, including invoices, receipts, and expense reports
• Provide administrative support to Finance and Accounting teams, such as filing, data entry, and document management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations
• Adhere to financial policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
