Finance Admin (Account Assistant)

We are a Singapore based company looking for a well-rounded Finance Ops Executive who is comfortable with working in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment. You will work closely within the Finance and Operations Team to manage budgeting, accounting, financial forecasting, and analysis of financial data. To excel in this role, you should be able to learn quickly, work independently and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in operational budgeting, forecasting, accounting, financial planning, cash flow analysis, and tax compliance.
2. Support senior leadership in making informed decisions that impact the company's strategic goals and long-term profitability.
3. Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
4. Reconcile monthly bank statements.
5. Work with accountants and auditors to ensure successful financial audits.
6. Provide guidance in developing financial plans and policies.
7. Maintain and organize records of the company's financial and accounting documents.
8. Support financial and accounting activities e.g. verification of employees’ claim submission, process reimbursements, payroll, GIRO setup, GST filing, etc.
9. Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the company.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in Finance, Finance Ops or Accounting.
2. Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related fields, with excellent academic credentials and/or personal achievements.
3. Meticulous and detail-oriented self-starter with excellent documentation skills.
4. Demonstrated proficiency in Excel.
5. Well-versed in governmental regulations, specifically in Indonesia and Singapore.
6. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
7. Hands-on and a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
8. Team player with great adaptability.
9. Experience in start-up and/or tech companies is a plus.

This is a full-time remote position, open only to Indonesian citizens or individuals currently based in Indonesia.
