Job description

Handling accounts payable and receivable.

Checking invoices from Tukar Faktur supplier.

Reconciling accounts with the general ledger.

Handling queries related to accounts.

Preparing monthly bank and cash reconciliations.

Managing monthly fixed assets listing and depreciation.

Processing customer account opening documentation to OHQ.

Overall credit control management.

Preparing BOM finished goods journal entries.

Ensuring proper filing of all related documents and reports for easy reference and retrieval.

Assisting the Finance Manager with audit preparations.

Performing any ad-hoc tasks or responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting.
• Proven work experience as a Finance & Accounting professional in e-commerce.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Ability to work well within a team, with solid analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Work experience in e-commerce is a must.
• Ability to work on-site at Duta Indah Iconic.
