Praia Villas is a premium property management company managing over 30 villas across Bali. We combine professional hospitality operations with end-to-end property development, leasing, and advisory services.
As we scale, we’re looking for a Finance & Accounts Coordinator to support villa-level bookkeeping, vendor payments, company account management, payroll support, and purchasing administration. This role is perfect for someone with strong attention to detail, experience in hospitality or property, and confidence using digital tools like Xero and Google Sheets.
You’ll work closely with our General Manager, operations team, and external vendors to maintain accurate financial records across the business.
Record villa-level expenses in Guesty Accounting and classify costs
Track income, expenses, and profitability per villa
Reconcile OTA payouts (e.g. Airbnb, Booking.com) with internal records
Manage company bookkeeping in Xero: process expenses, record bank transactions, and reconcile accounts
Coordinate vendor invoice processing and payment scheduling
Assist with purchasing administration and inventory confirmation
Support monthly payroll processing via Mekari Talenta
Track staff reimbursements, BPJS, and payment calendars
Archive receipts and assist with internal reporting and budgeting
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2+ years’ experience in bookkeeping, finance, or admin (hospitality/property preferred)
Proficient in Xero, Google Sheets, and general financial documentation
Familiarity with Guesty, Mekari Talenta, or similar tools is an advantage
Strong attention to detail and time management
Comfortable in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
Organised, trustworthy, and able to manage multiple properties and deadlines

Contract: Full-time with 3-month probation
