Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the Finance and Accounting team to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
  • Monitor and control cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support business planning.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory reporting, and internal control procedures.
  • Review and analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for management decision-making.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure audit readiness and compliance.
  • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities effectively.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the finance and accounting team to enhance their professional capabilities

Requirements:

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or relevant professional certification such as CPA/CA/CFA is a plus).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance and accounting leadership role or supervisory.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards and costing process.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Accurate, or other ERP systems) and MS Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to coach and develop team members.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is preferred.
