Job Title: Finance Accounting & Taxes Manager
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Accounting & Taxes (FAT) Manager to oversee our financial, accounting, and taxes departments' daily operations. The FAT Manager will be responsible for managing the FAT teams, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, maintaining robust internal controls, and ensuring compliance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and other relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of accounting principles, and proficiency in accounting software.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and mentor a team of accounting staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Oversee and manage all aspects of the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets.
Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes.
Prepare and review financial statements, including the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement, in accordance with PSAK and IFRS.
Ensure compliance with all relevant Indonesian tax regulations, including preparation and submission of tax reports (e.g., PPh, PPN).
Develop, implement, and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial data.
Coordinate and support internal and external audits.
Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process.
Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to management.
Stay updated with changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and relevant regulations in Indonesia.
Manage bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Optimize accounting processes and systems for improved efficiency and accuracy.
Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from a reputable university.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
In-depth knowledge of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and their convergence with IFRS.
Thorough understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
Meticulous attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).
