Job summary

PT GROOCERIES CITY INDONESIA is seeking a senior finance supervisor/manager to lead daily finance, accounting, and tax operations at our Jakarta site. You will monitor AR/AP, cash flow, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

You will drive financial analysis, optimize working capital, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners. Strong leadership and SAP proficiency are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or FMCG, preferably supermarket business.
• Experience at Senior Supervisor or Junior Manager level is required.
• Strong knowledge of AR, AP, cash flow management and financial reporting.
• Proficient in SAP and familiar with financial systems and processes.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Monitor and manage Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and cash flow to support effective financial operations.

Ensure accurate financial records, account reconciliations, and periodic financial reporting.

Monitor cash flow projections, working capital, and payment schedules to maintain the company's financial stability.

Ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations, accounting standards, and internal company policies.

Analyze financial data, identify discrepancies, and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.

Requirements
