Job summary

Empat Angkasa Grup is seeking a Senior Tax Specialist to oversee all corporate tax matters in a fully remote role within Indonesia. The candidate will develop tax strategies, ensure compliance with national and international tax laws, and advise on business-related tax implications from any location in Indonesia.

The role requires deep Indonesian tax knowledge, strong analytical abilities, and a proactive approach to tax planning, with a focus on minimizing liabilities and supporting company

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate tax.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws (UU PPh, UU PPN).
• Experience with transfer pricing and international tax issues.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file all corporate tax returns accurately and on time, including income tax, VAT, and other relevant taxes.
• Conduct tax research and provide guidance on tax implications of new business initiatives, mergers, and acquisitions.
• Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities legally and efficiently.
• Liaise with tax authorities and external auditors on tax-related matters and audits.
• Stay updated on changes in tax legislation and ensure the company remains compliant.
