A leading finance company in Yogyakarta seeks a Finance Accounting Tax Manager to oversee all finance, accounting, and tax operations. You will ensure compliance with Indonesian regulations while providing strategic insights and mentoring junior team members. The ideal candidate has a degree in Accounting or Finance, over 4 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in finance software. This role requires on-site work in Yogyakarta.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4/5 years experience in finance, accounting, and tax operations.
  • Strong ability to analyze transactions and their impact on financial statements.
  • Solid knowledge of Indonesian taxation, preferably Brevet A/B certified.

Finance Accounting Tax Manager (Yogyakarta)

As a Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager, you will take the lead in managing Aksoro’s full spectrum of finance, accounting, and tax operations. You’ll ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, maintain compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, and provide strategic insights to support business decisions. In this role, you’ll work closely with auditors, tax authorities, and cross‑functional teams while guiding junior finance staff to achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end‑to‑end finance, accounting, and tax operations.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and cash flows.
  • Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
  • Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and other accounting records.
  • Oversee tax planning, reporting, and compliance in line with Indonesian regulations.
  • Coordinate with auditors, tax authorities, and other external parties.
  • Provide strategic financial insights and mentor junior finance team members.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 4/5 years experience in finance, accounting, and tax operations.
  • Strong ability to analyze transactions and their impact on financial statements.
  • Solid knowledge of Indonesian taxation, preferably Brevet A/B certified.
  • Proficient in Mekari, Jurnal.id, and advanced Microsoft Excel/Google Spreadsheet.
  • High integrity, detail‑oriented and able to work under pressure.
  • Willing to work on‑site in Yogyakarta (WFO).
