Finance Accounting Tax Manager (Manufacture)

We are seeking an experienced Finance Accounting and Tax Manager to lead our financial strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive operational excellence in all finance-related functions. This role will oversee the Finance, Accounting, and Tax teams, working closely with senior management to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage Finance, Accounting, and Tax departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes in accordance with PSAK/IFRS.

Develop financial strategies, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow planning.

Manage and monitor all tax compliance matters (CIT, VAT, PIT, Withholding Tax) and liaise with tax authorities.

Implement and maintain internal controls, risk management, and compliance with local regulations.

Provide strategic financial insights to support business decision-making.

Coordinate internal and external audits.

Oversee ERP system usage (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and ensure data accuracy.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CA, Brevet A/B/C preferred).

Minimum 10 years’ experience in finance/accounting/tax, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Strong knowledge of PSAK, IFRS, and Indonesian tax regulations.

Proven experience in manufacturing is a must.

Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

Professional working proficiency in English.
