Job description

PERSOLKELLY Indonesia is currently assisting one of our clients, a Japanese Company in the F&B sector, and they are looking for a FAT Manager to be placed in Jakarta with job descriptions and requirements as below:

Key Responsibility Areas:
  1. To undertake all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget, and forecasts preparation as well as development of internal control policies and procedures;
  2. Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances;
  3. Preparing and publishing timely monthly financial statements;
  4. Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition;
  5. Support month-end and year-end close process;
  6. Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting;
  7. Manage and comply with government reporting requirements and tax filings;
  8. Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls;
  9. Responsible for internal and external audit, stock inventory control;
  10. Prepare Corporate Income Tax Calculation and also completeness with Fiscal Correction;
  11. Calculation, Fixed Assets both from accounting & tax point of view;
  12. Make Recapitulation controls for each month;
  13. Review Contracts from a tax liability angle;
  14. Correspondence with the Tax Office;
  15. Additional controller duties as necessary.
Qualifications:
  1. Proven working experience as a Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager;
  2. 3+ years of overall combined Finance, Accounting, Tax, and Audit experience; preferred from retail, F&B, or Hospitality Industry.
  3. Advanced degree in Accounting, CPA preferred;
  4. Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures;
  5. Experience with creating financial statements;
  6. Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process;
  7. Experience handling at least 10 branches/stores;
  8. Excellent accounting software user and administration skills.
