Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Indonesia is seeking a Finance Accounting and Tax Manager to oversee cash flow, compliance with accounting standards, and manage tax obligations. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7 years of experience in finance, with 3 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of tax regulations and willingness to work Saturdays are essential. This role offers an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in a growing company.

• Experience in handling group companies is preferred.
• Willing to work on Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash flow and ensure availability of funds for operations.
• Prepare and submit monthly and annual tax reports.
• Handle e-filing and e-billing processes.

Job description

Manage daily cash flow and ensure availability of funds for operations

Record financial transactions and perform bank reconciliations

Prepare periodic cash flow reports

Process vendor and supplier payments according to schedule

Handle monthly and annual closing of books

Prepare financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, etc.)

Ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., PSAK/IFRS)

Manage the company’s tax obligations (VAT, Income Tax 21, 23, 25, Final, etc.)

Prepare and submit monthly and annual tax reports (SPT Masa & Tahunan)

Handle e-filing and e-billing processes

Stay updated with the latest tax regulations

Liaise with tax consultants or tax authorities as needed

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation

Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role with 3 years working as Managerial level

Holding Brevet A & B certification

Having experience for handling group company

Willing to work on Saturday is a MUST
