Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including payroll and general ledger.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports and ensure compliance.
• Review monthly and annual tax calculations.

Job description

Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, Inventory, payroll, and general ledger.

Prepare and analyze financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and some other report by request.

Ensure the accuracy and compliance of all financial records.

Reconcile bank statements and other accounts.

Monthly stock control

Process payroll and benefits.

Make SOP for back office (include FAT, Logistic, Cashier,etc.) & supervise so executed properly.

Prepare annual management accounts and other relevant reporting in compliance with company policies, PSAK / IFRS

Review monthly tax calculation (Tax Article 21/26, Tax Article 23/26, Tax Article 4(2) Final Tax, VAT and also Local Tax)

Review the annual tax calculation (Corporate Income Tax Return, Annual Employee Income Tax Return, Annual Individual Income Tax Return)

Plan, organized and control process of finance and accounting within deadline.

Requirement

BACHELOR DEGREE in Accounting, Management, or Economics.

Have experience working for reputable FMCG distributor / beauty company is a mandatory

Certified professional Accountant would be an advantage.

Minimum 5 years working experience in similar position.

Having Tax License A, B, C for the proxy letter will be an advantage.

Have strong knowledge in finance and accounting, as well as taxation regulations (holds Brevet A & B);

Having good knowledge about General Accounting, Tax Regulation, Financial System & Procedure, Consolidated Financial Statement, Financial Analysis

Familiar with Tax procedure Local and International, Tax Regulation, e-SPT, and Accounting system.

Excellent computer skills especially Microsoft Excel programs

Excellent in English, Mandarin preferable

Result and detail oriented, with high accuracy & strong analytical skill

Proactive, full of initiative, high integrity, good leadership & teamwork

Have strong leadership, able to guide, supervise and delegate tasks to subordinates properly; and

Well-organized, honest, high attention in details and accuracy.
