We are seeking a Finance & Accounting Supervisor with the following criteria:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• Maximum age of 40 years
• Over 7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the education industry
• Strong communication skills and event planning abilities
• Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and forecasts in compliance with accounting principles and regulations
• Develop and manage the budgeting process, collaborate with department heads, and provide financial forecasts and analysis to support strategic decisions
• Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization, revenue growth, or risk mitigation
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
• Coordinate and facilitate audits, providing necessary documentation and support
• Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and optimize cash utilization while maintaining liquidity and financial stability
