Job description

We are an industrial manufacturing company based in Semarang looking for a Finance & Accounting Supervisor who can monitor and validate our digital financial reports, ensure financial discipline, and provide insight into cost control and pricing.

This role reports directly to the Vice Marketing Director and is suitable for someone with strong analytical thinking who enjoys keeping numbers in check.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and review automated monthly financial reports (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet)
• Spot and investigate any irregularities or inconsistencies in the reports
• Control and forecast cash flow
• Oversee AR/AP status and payment cycles
• Coordinate with procurement and sales teams for price analysis and cost control
• Verify inventory reports, asset depreciation, and ensure financial accuracy across departments
• Recommend improvements to internal financial processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles (preferably in manufacturing)
• Strong financial literacy and critical thinking
• Able to work independently in a lean team
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software
• Comfortable reviewing digitalized reports and working cross-functionally
