Job summary

A leading food and beverage company in Jakarta is seeking an experienced Finance professional to manage payments, payroll, and expenditures. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and 2-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the FMCG or F&B industry. Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in finance & accounting, preferably in FMCG or F&B.
• Strong knowledge about GL, AR/AP, Financial Statement, Bank Reconciliation.
• Familiar with taxation will be an added advantage.

Job description

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Finance/ Accountancy/Banking or equivalent, with minimum GPA 3.00.

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in finance & accounting, preferably in FMCG or F&B industry.

Excellent in Microsoft office.

Job Description:

Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements.

Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances

Maintaining historical records

Paying employees by verifying expense reports and preparing pay checks

Paying vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance
