Job description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Finance & Accounting Supervisor to join our dynamic team . As the Finance & Accounting Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial and accounting operations of the company, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. This is a full-time position based in our Jakarta Selatan, Jakarta Raya office.

What you'll be doing

Supervise the day-to-day financial and accounting activities, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and payroll processing

Prepare and analyst financial statements, budgets, and forecasts

Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies

Develop and implement efficient financial processes and controls

Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders, such as auditors and regulatory bodies

Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decision-making

Mentor and develop the finance and accounting team

What we're looking for

At least 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting supervisory role, preferably in the consumer goods or retail industry

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Proficient in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting

Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations
