We are seeking a Finance & Accounting Supervisor who will oversee daily financial and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency within the finance department. This role plays a key part in maintaining strong internal controls and supporting management through accurate financial reporting.

What You'll Do :

• Supervise and coordinate daily finance and accounting activities, including journal entries, reconciliation, and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements and management reports
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Lead and develop the accounting team to ensure effective performance and continuous improvement

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a manufacturing company
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. Accurate, SAP, or similar)
