About the role

P.T. Airindo Sakti is seeking a talented Finance & Accounting Staff (AR) to join our team in Jakarta. This full-time position is responsible for managing accounts receivable and credit control, playing a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage and monitor the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collection of payments from customers
2. Analyse customer credit profiles and set appropriate credit limits
3. Prepare and send invoices, statements and reminders to customers
4. Liaise with customers to resolve billing and payment issues
5. Maintain detailed records of all accounts receivable transactions
6. Assist with the preparation of financial reports and analysis
7. Support the broader finance and accounting team as required

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2 years' experience in accounts receivable or credit control within the accounting/finance function
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage customer relationships
3. Excellent numerical and analytical abilities with attention to detail
4. Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
5. Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
6. Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance
7. Able to join ASAP
