About the role

Standard Biosensor healthcare is seeking a dedicated Finance & Accounting Staff to join our team in Purwakarta, Jawa Barat. This full-time position is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting and accounting processes within our organisation.

What you'll be doing

1. Maintaining accurate financial records and accounts
2. Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
3. Reconciling bank accounts and other financial records
4. Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights
6. Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations

What we're looking for

1. Degree in Accounting or a related field
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in a finance or accounting role (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)
3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
4. Proficient in using accounting systems and MS Office applications
5. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
