Job description

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.

At least 3 years of relevant work experience is required, preferably in companies related to construction, mining, manufacturing, factory operations, infrastructure, or contracting.

Comfortable working in a flat organizational structure and able to work independently without close supervision.

Proven experience in managing budgeting processes (weekly & monthly).

Experience in vendor sourcing, especially for construction equipment and materials.

Skilled in bank expense tracking and reporting.

Proficient in inputting daily transactions into Accurate accounting software.

Familiar with daily wage payroll processes for non-permanent staff.

Solid understanding of Indonesian tax regulations, especially PPh 21, PPh 23, and PPN.

Hands-on experience in submitting tax reports via Coretax.

Strong computer skills, including MS Excel (managing spreadsheets, creating charts, using advanced formulas).

Solid knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting principles, laws, and regulations.

Excellent analytical skills for managing large data sets.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support daily transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Manage weekly and monthly budgeting for plantation and operational needs.
• Oversee payment and procurement processes for garden supplies and project materials.
• Source and communicate with vendors for equipment, heavy machinery, and construction materials (e.g., pipes, ceramics, excavators).
• Track and update daily bank expenses, ensuring accurate financial records.
• Record daily financial transactions into the Accurate accounting system.
• Calculate taxes: PPh 21, PPh 23, and PPN.
• Calculate and process daily wages for plantation workers.
• Prepare and submit tax reports via Coretax.
• Organize financial data and maintain updated records.
