Job summary

PT Asia Premier Jaya Food is seeking a Finance & Accounting Staff to handle financial record-keeping, account management, and support month-end close processes.

Responsibilities include journal entries, reconciliations, general ledger maintenance, payable/receivable management, tax calculations, and collaboration across departments to ensure policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as Accounting Staff in the related field.
• Familiar with MYOB.
• Excellent knowledge of Accounting, Finance and Tax.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Good computer skills, especially Ms. Office (Excel) and accounting software.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and good interpersonal skills.
• Able to work and perform under pressure.

Prepare journal entries, analyses, and account reconciliations and assist with monthly close processes

Maintain financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts

Maintain documentation for accounts payable, purchasing, account receivable and treasury; manage and monitor account payable and account receivable, and cash out/in

Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with financial policies

Ensure completeness and accuracy of documents for all payment transactions

Understand calculation of VAT & WHT for 23, 21, and 4(2)

About you

Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
