About the role

The Finance Accounting Staff role at CV Polygraf' is a full-time position based in Gedangan District Sidoarjo, East Java. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial accounting and reporting services to support the company's overall operations and strategic objectives.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and maintaining accurate financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations

Generating financial reports, statements, and analyses to provide stakeholders with timely, reliable information

Assisting with the month-end and year-end closing processes

Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies

Collaborating with various departments to provide financial support and insights

Participating in the implementation of financial systems and process improvements

Providing ad-hoc financial and analytical support as needed

What we're looking for

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar finance or accounting role

Proficient in financial accounting and reporting, including the preparation of financial statements

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Familiarity with financial systems and software (e.g., ERP, Accurate Online)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
